Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Valued Traders Inc. website, you agree to adhere to our terms and conditions and accept our privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms outlined, you should discontinue using our services or products and leave the website immediately. You agree not to misuse this website for illegal activities and to comply with all applicable laws. Additionally, you agree not to engage in any actions that may impact the website’s performance, corrupt its content, or disrupt its functionality. You also agree not to jeopardize the website’s security or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas.

You are fully responsible for any claims, liabilities, costs, and losses, including legal fees, that arise from breaching these terms and conditions.

Revision Policy

Valued Traders Inc. provides unlimited revisions based on the selected package. Clients can request revisions within the package scope at no extra charge. However, the design and concept will remain unchanged, and revisions are limited to one of the provided options. Requests for revisions on multiple options will either be declined or incur additional charges. Standard revision times are 48 to 72 hours for logos and website designs, 3 to 5 days for video animations, and may vary for software, apps, and games depending on the scope of revisions. Similarly, the time for functionality and development revisions is based on the work scope. The revision timeline for digital marketing strategies can differ based on research, mediums, budget, and plan size.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the duration within which your design concepts are delivered to your account area after purchasing a package. For new logo orders, the turnaround time is between 24 to 48 hours. For packages with four or more logo concepts, the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. For new website designs (home/index, including revamps), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and brief submission. Please note that for website development (static websites with 5 to 7 pages), the turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will start the delivery time from Monday. For illustrative logos (logos with illustration elements), the first concept will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Teamwork (Project Management)

Teamwork is a project management tool designed to improve collaboration, visibility, accountability, and overall project results. Project management isn’t just about completing tasks; it’s about delivering impactful results for your business. Teamwork allows everyone to track their projects, communicate with their project manager, and plan the next steps—wherever they may be.

Upon signing up for a project with us, the client will receive an email invitation to the Teamwork portal. The client must accept the invitation and set a new password to connect with their project manager for efficient communication. Once the invitation is accepted, the client can log into the Teamwork Portal.

Refund Policy

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the mockups, you may request a full refund of your payment. Unlike many other companies, we don’t deduct any fees such as ‘admin’ or ‘overhead’ fees. We aim to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to be processed.

To request a refund, you must fill out a simple form provided by our customer support. Please note that filling out the form is mandatory, and if the responses are not satisfactory, we may reject the refund. The responses are used by our quality assurance team to understand your reason for the refund and help us improve our service quality.

    Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
  • Once revisions are started based on your feedback, no refunds will be issued, as your request for revisions is considered confirmation to proceed with the selected mockup(s).
  • If the mockups are based on an explicit design idea or sketch shared by you, or if the mockups are a recreation of an existing design you provided.
  • The Account Area is a platform where clients can easily communicate with us. It is your responsibility to check the account area for any updates or instructions. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund. However, you may always contact customer support for assistance.
  • No refund is available for design firms or individuals ordering on behalf of another entity.
  • We offer multiple design concepts within your selected package. If you decide to request additional concepts, a refund is no longer applicable. For example, if you ordered our Basic Package with two design mockups but are dissatisfied and request additional designs, you forfeit your right to a refund.
  • PPC, SEO, SMO, content writing, and all other marketing services provided by Valued Traders Inc are paid in advance and are non-refundable.
  • The delivery timeline is approximate and may vary due to local holidays, project complexity, or our current workload. We typically deliver logos within 1-2 business days and website designs within 5-7 business days.
  • You have 10 days to respond to each design or revision. If you fail to respond after 10 days, Valued Traders Inc will consider your project complete. At that point, you’ll be obligated to make the payment as per the terms outlined. Valued Traders Inc may, at its discretion, terminate access to all or part of the service at any time.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’ or ‘disagreements with a partner’ are not valid grounds for a refund.
  • Clients who haven't communicated for over 2 weeks after the project start date are not entitled to a refund after 15 days from purchase.
  • Services including Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Note: Valued Traders Inc reserves the right to cancel any project or contract when deemed necessary. After a refund, the client will no longer have any rights to use the designs, as they will remain the sole property of Valued Traders Inc.

Claim Your Refund

To claim your refund, follow these steps:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will respond promptly, and after reviewing the necessary details, we will initiate the refund process.

Once the refund is issued, you will no longer have rights to any designs submitted by Valued Traders Inc. We will submit the information to the relevant Copyright Acquisition authorities to maintain legality.

Refunds

Valued Traders Inc will process refunds through the same payment method the customer used or via any other method specified by us. Refunds will be issued when necessary to prevent disputes or chargebacks.

Content Policy

Our content policy ensures a smooth experience for you. For standard website and resume designs, the client provides all content (images, text, etc.). For resumes, clients must provide complete personal details and biography, as we do not offer content services. For e-commerce websites, we will provide up to 30 sample products, with product names, prices, images, and shipping policies provided by the client. CMS and e-commerce management will be handled by Valued Traders Inc.

We use placeholder text (Lorem Ipsum) in mockups for previewing layouts and visual designs.

Valued Traders Inc keeps records of finalized designs to assist with re-issues in case an order is misplaced.
